Implementation: Software for SuperResolution analysis

The code base is too complex for my liking. I currently employ several libraries: KLT, libgsl, libpng, libgpc and libboost. I'm hoping to rewrite the current codebase in Python, since developing in C++ is very counter-productive (standard library? what standard library?!). Sure, there are the fast execution times — but it takes too long to implement new ideas.

As for the wiki, I'm going to try out planner mode.

Done:

• Setup build infrastructure (using SCons).
• Experiment with OpenCV and OpticalFlowForSuperResolution.
• Create a wrapper class for libpng.
• Track features, using KLTLibrary.
• Add in some non-linear least-squares solver (Fortran — LAPACK?) or use Octave's [Decided on using GNU Scientific Library].
• Implement nearest and bi-linear interpolation.
• Implement IterativeSuperResolution algorithm.
• Implement GeometricSuperResolution algorithm.
